Attorney Alan Kalinoski

Experienced Florida Workers’ Compensation Lawyer

Alan Kalinoski earned his undergraduate degree from Western Illinois University, and his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School (1992). Alan has over 30 years of experience litigating workers’ compensation matters, and is Board Certified in Workers’ Compensation law.  Alan is a past Chair of the statewide Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar.  Alan’s work involving workers’ compensation matters has been featured on Inside Edition, Good Morning America, Court TV, and other nationally syndicated television and news shows.  His practice is now focused on representing first responders in workers’ compensation matters, with particular specialization regarding PTSD claims and the “Heart / Lung Bill”.  Alan teaches seminars around the State and lectures regularly on various workers’ compensation topics.
