Attorney Aimee Gartland

Aimee Gartland attended Florida State University on a full academic scholarship, earning both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, Cum Laude, in Criminology & Criminal Justice. Aimee then earned her Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University Thomas Cooley Law School in 2016, where she was a Thomas M. Cooley Honors Scholarship recipient, made Dean’s List, and received the certificate of Merit for earning the highest score in her Family Violence Practice course. While in law school, Aimee was a member of FAWL, and interned at Gulfcoast Legal Services, a non-profit legal services organization in St. Petersburg, FL. Aimee has been representing injured workers in the State of Florida since 2018, including representing first responders in PTSD claims and claims under the “Heart / Lung Bill”. Aimee is known for meticulous attention to detail, and utilizes this skill in her daily practice to maximize benefits for injured workers.
